Columbia University Accidentally Emails Acceptance Letters to Wrong Students

Every year, it seems, colleges and universities accidentally send email acceptances to the wrong students. This year, Columbia University is one notable culprit. The Ivy League school accidentally sent acceptances to 276 applicants to its Mailman School of Public Health. The mistake was attributed to "human error". The New York Times has more here.
